Mad Hatter Bistro opened in September 2014 and is located in Downtown Birmingham, Michigan. Since then, the Mad Hatter has been using traditional family recipes that have been passed down for generations using both quality farm to table interpretations of classical dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.
Mad Hatter's interior design reflects the story of Alice in Wonderland and the hip sensibilities of the surrounding area while also paying tribute to Birmingham's storied past. The dual-level restaurant offers the choice of dining down the rabbit hole and into Wonderland or dining in a sophisticated, eclectic dining room while watching the Mad Scientists in the art of cooking as it occurs in their open-kitchen. A seasonal outdoor patio is also available from April-November.
